   **Motivation**
   In prev issue https://github.com/apache/incubator-druid/issues/5304, @zhangxinyu1 design the 'Materialized View' with pruned dimensions , and the queryGranularity of 'Materialized View'  keep same with base datasource,  This works in most case.
   But if we do not often  query the  origin queryGranularity of base datasource. For example, the base datasource queryGranularity is MINUTE, but we often query in HOUR, so we need compute a Materialized View in  HOUR
