Hi All,
This patch contains the conversion of Eclipse plugins to use Eclipse Tycho.
Here I have included Manifest file in to the plugin itself since it is an Eclipse plugin and each and every Eclipse plugin contains a Manifest.
This Manifest was initially generated by the Maven Felix and I have accumulated some extra information to it to support Tycho. Updated manifest is committed to the codebase.
Hence you can build Axis2 as usual.
Please note that once you push this change, you need to move to Maven 3. Maven 2 do not support Tycho and results build failures.
