Oops, I accidentally clicked "Assign to Me" when trying to assign to Felix, and then I found that I can't assign to Felix because he is not an Apache Bigtop contributor yet. [~felixcheung], do you mind if I just take ownership of this and create and commit a patch for it, or do you plan on making other contributions in the future and would rather be made an actual contributor so that issues can be assigned to you? Being a new committer myself, I'm not actually sure how to do that though or if it's even possible for me to do that. (Maybe only PMCs can do it?)
