### What would you like to be improved?
The OutputTracker API version is detected by reflectively calling into the various versions (3.0.0, 3.1.0, 3.2.0), catching an exception and calling into the next version.
### How should we improve?
Spark provides the version as a string, which can be used to decide which OutputTracker API to use without calling into non-existing methods.
