[PATCH] document2fo.xsl

Hi,

document2fo.xsl render the meta tag. I just add a template to inhibit this.

I didn't find anything in xsl:fo relevant to meta tags. I'm nearly sure that 
pdf files have some kind of meta information.

That's weird but i could'nt find anything in fop (and xsl-fo) about how to 
pass meta-tags informations from xml to pdf. (but fop version is 0.20 isn't 
it ?)

Yep they have, just see the properties of the file:

author, creator, etc.
