YARN applications FAILED with exitCode: -1000

Hi, there's something wrong with my YARN, all applications submitted are FAILED, and I found 2 types of failure info.
Both of them are exitCode: -1000, one is due to: / by zero, while the other is due to: null
Have those things ever occurred to you guys?
P.S. We added a few disk drives during these days, will that be the reason?
