Le code 171819 ne fonctionne pas

Bonjour
Je viens de télécharger votre logiciel open office. J'achète un code sur 83020 qui est le 171819 mais il ne fonctionne pas et j'ai payé 4,50€. Merci de l'activer SVP mon numéro de téléphone 0607762950.
