Apache SIS is a top level project since 2013, but the JIRA issue tracker and the notification emails sent by JIRA are still referencing the incubator project. More specifically:

* On the https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SIS/ page, the _"Category"_ item on the top bar still have the _"Incubator"_ value.
* On the https://issues.apache.org/jira/plugins/servlet/project-config/SIS/notifications page, the email address where notifications are sent is still {{sis-commits@incubator.apache.org}}. It should be {{commits@sis.apache.org}}.

I didn't found any way the modify those two elements. I seem to have the necessary permission for most of Apache SIS project configuration, but not those two items. Or maybe I missed the page where those modifications are done?
