So it is. What's the alternative? Initial settings? Original settings?
Condition as received?

(a) Already in 3.3.0
(b) Also Translations are affected, I see similar in DE, SV, EU
(c) Better solutions for 
    FR (paramètres initiaux)
(d) Same in LibO 3.5 on UBUNTU Linux, so OS=ALL
(e) In OOo 2 there was "Standardeinstellunt" (default settings), but that's not
    optimum.
