   to be clear on https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/pull/7535#issuecomment-1552924773 , this is/was only an issue on debian-ish systems as per the cloud.spec file for for instance centos8: https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/blob/main/packaging/centos8/cloud.spec#L509-L511
   
   the solution for ubuntu now is in the post install phase, @benj-n @weizhouapache , while for rhel-likes it is in the pre-install phase. Should we worry about that?
