Wrong version in commons-sandbox parent pom?

Hi,

Can anyone here update the version number of the parent pom in the
following file:

http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/jakarta/commons/trunks-sandbox/pom.xml

I think the parent pom's version should be 3-SNAPSHOT (it is 2-SNAPSHOT
now). Can anyone here fix this, or do I need to contact people on the
commons-dev list myself?

Another question: it looks like all commons-sandbox projects should have
org.apache.commons:commons-sandbox:pom as their parent pom. But
commons-jci has org.apache.commons:commons-parent:2 as a parent.
Shouldn't the parent be org.apache.commons:commons-sandbox:pom?
(commons-jci builds corrently, and all tests pass btw).
