           Summary: JCI: dependencies not managed
           Product: Commons
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Sandbox
        AssignedTo: commons-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: plightbo@gmail.com

If I have class X that extends class Y and load then change class X, the changes
are picked up fine.

However, if I change class Y (such as adding print statement in Y's
constructor), the changes aren't noticed. Only when I 'touch' X do the Y changes
take affect.
