UI is making duplicated calls when the user lands on Hosts page (same exact query parameters and form data).
One of these calls is very expensive (BE takes a while to come back - on a 400-node cluster it took 10 seconds).
See attached.
We need to remove this redundant calls because this is an area where perf degradation is most pronounced and visible.
