CMIS APIs for jackrabbit

Hi,

I am looking to access jackrabbit through CMIS apis i.e. from a CMIS client
such as Apache Chemistry OpenCmis. Are CMIS apis supported in Jackrabbit?

Apache Chemistry already contains a JCR binding. Here is the svn
location I found:

http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/chemistry/trunk/chemistry/chemistry-jcr/
