- [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar feature requirement.
### Description
Right now, once we finished a task instance, the master will update some metadata in the database and memory, like 'status', 'varpool' ....
I find the code is separate at different place, this may cause we need to use extra jdbc operation to update the metadata, and there are no transactions.
I hope we can optimize this, use transactions to do the update.
