Till Rohrmann commented on FLINK-9953:
--------------------------------------
[~isunjin] I've started a prototype branch for this which you can find here: https://github.com/tillrohrmann/flink/tree/nativeKubernetes. Feel free to take over.
Which K8s client library do you want to use for the implementation? In the dev branch I used {{io.kubernetes:client-java}}, but I think the more widely used library is this one: https://github.com/fabric8io/kubernetes-client.

> This is the umbrella issue tracking Flink's active Kubernetes integration. Active means in this context that the {{ResourceManager}} can talk to Kubernetes to launch new pods similar to Flink's Yarn and Mesos integration.
