[DISCUSS] Board report due 2019/08/14

Hiya folks,

It's time again for our quarterly report to the ASF board.

It's immensely helpful for you all to give me what _you_ see as the 
highlights of the project. What happened in the past three months that 
give someone on the sidelines insight into our little corner of the FOSS 
world? Anything from simple to detailed is helpful.
