OpenSource Maven Repository
Hi,
Does anyone know if there is an open source maven repository where open
source project artifacts can be posted?

at least that way your artifacts will end up on central
java.net's maven repositories have a horrible mix of snapshots an
releases and have no pom policy
(ok so central is poor at enforcing its policy, but at least it has one)
