Cleaning up the poms

Hi,

we are going to clean a bit the many pom.xml we have in the full 
project. I have done a previous cleanup a month ago, bumping up a hell 
lot of dependencies, we still have some more cleanup to do.

Here is what we want to do :
- aggregate all the dependencies version as properties in sub-projects
- bump up those which are not up to date
- do the same thing for the plugins
- format the pom so that they are all following the same style.

it will probably take half a day.
