   **Describe the bug**
   About the dashboard document, it seems likely to mislead user there is no ready docker image and do build one from scratch.
   
   >To generate the Docker image:
   >```shell
   >$ docker build -t apachepulsar/pulsar-dashboard dashboard
   >```
