We noticed that apache server is crashing when we try to run the test InteropTestRound1. The last respond that the server is sending before crash is the respond to echoHexBinary method.

This seems to be caused by a bug in SOAP deserializer where Double class is used in place of Decimal class in getElementAsDecimal method.

Replacing Double with Decimal in SoapDeSerializer::getElementAsDecimal() fixed the problem
