.001 has two changes. The first addresses our not being able to find the GetJavaProperty classes when in-situ. The second picks up hbase-*.jars when running out of a built hbase. The second change strikes me as a bit odd since it refers to a dir of hbase jars that has not existed for years.... and indeed it does.

Posting anyways for discussion sake.
