[jira] [Created] (ZEPPELIN-4135) GIt hook not firing: post-commit

Michael Black created ZEPPELIN-4135:
---------------------------------------

Summary: GIt hook not firing: post-commit
                 Key: ZEPPELIN-4135
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ZEPPELIN-4135
             Project: Zeppelin
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Core
    Affects Versions: 0.7.3
            Reporter: Michael Black

I have Zeppelin running on Ubuntu. I want to use Git hooks. When I issue a commit from the command line the hook is fired. When I commit from within the Zeppelin application the commit succeeds and I can verify it in the logs, but the hook doesn't get fired. Since it works from the command line, I assume it must be something within the Zeppelin application.
