Unable to compile Axis final release 1.2 source

Hi, has anyone tried to compiled the new final release 1.2 source code?
I'm getting build failed with the following error:

build.xml:234: The following error occurred while executing this line:
taskdefs_post_compile.xml:12 taskdef A class needed by class
org.apache.axis.tools.ant.wsdl.Wsdl2javaAntTask cannot be found:
org/apache/axis/utils/DefaultAuthenticator

I would appreciate any help on this.
