[users@httpd] Invalid Command 'Order' Apache 2.0

Hello everyone,

I'm new to the group, and to Apache, and Linux :) But
here is the problem I am facing.

[root@webserver mod_perl-1.99_07]#
/usr/local/httpd/prefork/bin/apachectl start
Syntax error on line 355 of
/usr/local/httpd/prefork/conf/httpd.conf:
Invalid command 'Order', perhaps mis-spelled or
defined by a module not included
 in the server configuration

Did not have this problem before I tried to install
mod_perl as per the instruction on the mod_perl site.

ServerSetup:
Redhad 7.2
Apache 2.0.43
Mod_Perl 1.99_07

Thank You for any help.
