Shindig 1.1 Release Schedule

Does anyone have a best guess about a Shindig 1.1 Final Release date?
I see that the opensocial-0.9 spec looks to be final by

I also see this : https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SHINDIG-729

There appear to be a lot of open items, without owners.

I've got some additional questions:
- Must all of the sub-issues referenced in SHINDIG-729 be fixed before
1.1 release?
- Can optional features (Albums API) be left out?
- Can anybody comment on how much effort each of these items is too
implement / fix?
- Can anybody offer any updates on the status of these issues?
