SHARPKnowtatorXMLReader creates a BinaryTextRelation instead of the more specific <Relation Name>TextRelation for some relation types. For example for the manages/treats relation the reader correctly creates a ManagesTreatsTextRelation, whereas for causes/brings_about it creates the more general BinaryTextRelation. This problem also applies to "indicates" and several other relation types.
