[jira] [Created] (HADOOP-19963) Shut down leaked mini-cluster instances in hadoop-distcp and hadoop-streaming

Jose Luis López created HADOOP-19963:
----------------------------------------

Summary: Shut down leaked mini-cluster instances in hadoop-distcp and hadoop-streaming
                 Key: HADOOP-19963
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HADOOP-19963
             Project: Hadoop Common
          Issue Type: Test
            Reporter: Jose Luis López

Part of the mini-cluster leak scan recorded in HDFS-17957, which covers
hadoop-hdfs-project only. I discovered the following in the HADOOP common project:

* TestCopyMapper holds a cluster in a field with no teardown in the class or
its ancestors.
* TestMultipleArchiveFiles holds two, dfs and mr, with no teardown.

Impact: a leaked cluster keeps threads, heap and ports alive under the
remaining tests of the class.

The fixes are mechanical teardown methods. Test-scope only; no production code
is touched.
