Hi Tomasz,
thanks for reporting this ... it is really strange that none ever had this issue as our prerequisite was exactly built for detecting stuff like this. I did adjust the check to operate correctly, however you will still not be able to build as you seem to be missing "clang". If this is failing inside the docker build, I guess we have to fine-tune the docker build. I have to admit that it's nothing I usually use ... I prefer good old building on my machine.
I'll look into this.
