Hi,

Any news about this issue?

It could be really helpful if we can create stateless components like "StatelessAutoCompleteTextField", "StatelessDropDownChoice", or to have the behaviours to do that.
Thanks.

> There are lots of situations where AJAX-Requests do not depend on the state of the page.
> Are there plans to support stateless AJAX behaviors and links in Wicket?
> I would love to see this integrated into Wicket, because we are binding a lot of sessions for visitors not being signed in and even crawlers, just to be able to make use of ajax functionality.
> A stateless AJAX feature would allow for later session binding (e.g.when there's really need to have a state, in my case: when the user signs in).
> Thanks & best regards,
