[OFFLINE] Mostly offline tomorrow, April 24

I'll be mostly offline tomorrow, April 24th.

Status from me on 4.1.0:

Second round of voting was cancelled.  I believe I've resolved the DEB
packaging issues, and am in the process of testing.  If testing is
successful, I'll also update the installation docs for the non-oss build
process for DEB packages before cutting another RC to vote on.

Expect that VOTE tonight or tomorrow sometime.
