has a pointer to nightly builds. These are not supposed to be advertised to the general public, see:

The old directory under lucene is now empty, however:

still contains a link to nightly builds, so the problem has not been resolved - just moved.

OK, took care of it this time, looks like for good. Here are the contents of the Nutch HEADER.html file:
