I appreciate the sentiment, but I don't think an epic is the right way to track this. We know we want to prioritise flaky test fixes, which is why we have a label for them. Adding them to this epic is just going to mean we have an epic that sits around forever or individual bugs that get forgotten because they're not in the epic.

By all means lead the charge on flaky tests, but please don't try to track them all in one place.
