While lists of values for command-line inputs can be provided using -inputdelimiter and splitting a file/value, lists of lists can only be provided as a data bundle (assuming TAVERNA-973) - programmatically it is often easier to provide a JSON file in one go.

I'm thinking  a JSON format playing a similar role to the Taverna 2 baclava input document, so we would need to document its schema.
