0.6 RC1 Now Available

(after a little bit of a battle) 0.6RC1 is now available for review from

I've successfully run the binaries as well as freshly compiled
binaries from the source ZIP on RAT's own source tree (will fix the
ant-tasks build file to make it more useful in a second).

Looks good to go for me.
