The following commands are available via `nodetool`:
{CODE}
  disablehandoff         - Disable the future hints storing on the current node
  disablegossip          - Disable gossip (effectively marking the node dead)
  disablethrift          - Disable thrift server

Is it possible to get disablebinary added to help with the testing of binary client drivers?
