Vote: Produce a release jUDDI 0.8.1 very soon.

We need to plan a release of jUDDI *very* soon I think. IMHO I think
there's a large enough collection of changes since 0.8.0 was released to
warrant it - and I think it would be worthwhile making and announcing a
release under the Apache name too.  Let's get the ball rolling.

Can anyone think of any items that must be addressed before a release
can be made?
