Hierarchical Properties

Hi,

Is it possible to add hierarchical properties to a resource?

When I view the properties of a resource using DAVExplorer, I see it has
a property called "supportedlock" and it is hierarchical.

But I dont know how to add my own hierarchical property using proppatch
method.
