[jira] Created: (AXIS2-2123) axis2-jaxws-api module has kernel module depedency

axis2-jaxws-api module has kernel module depedency
--------------------------------------------------

                 Key: AXIS2-2123
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AXIS2-2123
             Project: Axis 2.0 (Axis2)
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: jaxws
            Reporter: Jarek Gawor

It looks like axis2-jaxws-api has a dependency on org/apache/axis2/java/security/AccessController which is in the axis2 kernel module. That prevents the api to be used with different jaxws implementations.
