I want to ask please:
1-what is ofbiz programming language?
2-what Data Base does ofbiz work on?
3- Does ofbiz support Arabic Language?

Mostly: Java, Groovy, XML (OFBiz DSL* mini language: https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OFBIZ/Mini-Language+Guide),
Freemarker, JavaScript

Most of them, only needs to support JDBC with a driver

Yes and also forgot to say, that thanks to Adrian's continued work on this, OFBiz is handling RTL (Right to Left) languages (like
Arabic Language, Hebrew, etc.)

to add to the other reply
2)there are a number of databases preconfigured to run with ofbiz
the most popular are PostgreSQL and MySQL.
3)ofbiz has the option to be internationalize, it takes volunteers to do
the language,if not already done. Feel free to contribute.
