mod_tcl.so

Hey .. is there any chance you will know someone that has a binary of apache 2.0.46 compiled with mod_tcl for windows ?
If not would you help me compile it as i am trying to do that for days now but MSVC++ even when configured with all the right paths to the sources of TCL 8.4.2 and Apache 2.0.46 and with all the configuration it needs still can not suscesfully finish compiling it

Also it there any chance that in a next version of mod_tcl it will be made into a external module that you could compile like a simple mod_tcl.so library ?
