[~tzolkincz] - would you mind attaching the patch files here so I can get these committed? The pull request is no longer accessible as our github repo has moved as we've become a TLP. Please be careful not to lose your work, as your local repo may be the only repo on which this is available.
I tried applying through your github repo here: https://github.com/tzolkincz/incubator-phoenix/tree/firstBy-lastBy, but I didn't have any luck with that.
