   ### Apache Airflow version
   
   2.2.2
   
   ### What happened
   
   I've set right timezone in docker-compose like this:
       AIRFLOW__CORE__DEFAULT_TIMEZONE: 'Asia/Shanghai'
       AIRFLOW__WEBSERVER__DEFAULT_UI_TIMEZONE :  'Asia/Shanghai'
   And I've set the right timezone in UI like this:

   In other interface, timezone is perfect right, but in log interface it shows UTC timezone which is not as my settings:

   Which timestamps are you expected to be formatted in CST? The dates at the beginning of each line surrounded by`[]` in your screenshot appear to be correct. We currently do not format the dates inside a log message.
