custom prior implementations and/or documentation?

Hi,

I want to change the prior of a GIS classifier, but I only find an
implementation for UniformPrior. It seems rather straightforward to
implement IPrior based on what I see in UniformPrior.java, but I'd rather
access some explanatory documentation first. Is this available somewhere?
