> For Gossip-21 we create a per-node data space. The node-id was the key for the outer map and the key and value were the key for the inner map. This type of design is good for cases where each node maintains a copy of some data. We should have a data space where the map is only key, value. We will still track which node created the data, but last update wins sets the final value and nodes can overwrite each other in this space
