What is the purpose of Manual Electronic Transaction ?

Hi all ,
           while doing capture process for Order I saw Manual Electronic
Transaction Tab. Can any one explain what is the purpose of the Manual
Electronic Transaction .How do I configure this?

Please for such questions look before in http://docs.ofbiz.org.
Searching for "Manual Electronic Transaction" for instance gave me
http://docs.ofbiz.org/download/attachments/742/ManagerReferenceAccounting.pdf?version=1
Beware its a large pdf  file. After of course you should have to search
"Manual Electronic Transaction" in the pdf , but I guess you already
know that ;o)
Unfortunatly, I don't know why but it seems that searches on these pdf
files (generated from commercial Undersun Consulting site
http://www.undersunconsulting.com/control/onlineinfo.html) are not
working. So a tip : look at page 60 of the pdf (numbered 42 in text).
