[VOTE] Release httpd-2.4.44
Hi, all;
Please find below the proposed release tarball and signatures:

I would like to call a VOTE over the next few days to release this
candidate tarball as 2.4.44:
[ ] +1: It's not just good, it's good enough!
[ ] +0: Let's have a talk.
[ ] -1: There's trouble in paradise. Here's what's wrong.
The computed digests of the tarball up for vote are:

Daniel, thanks for that! I made the changes in trunk and 2.4.x, run my tests and from my side everything should be ready for a 2.4.45.

Hi, Stefan;
Since version numbers are cheap and we've had only one vote on this
one, I don't see harm in incorporating the change and rerolling. Doubly
so since votes are already in for the change and all that. I'll re-roll
the release tarball once you confirm.

I have to apologise. I missed an important change in HTTP/2 that I like to get in the release. This is about removing support for an abandoned http-wg draft that we do not want any longer in our server.
Will do the changes right away and let you know when I am done.

NOTE: httpd does not build against the latest version of LUA (5.4), but
that major bump was just released a few weeks ago.

Hi, all - apologies for the false start. A backport into 2.4 was missed
just before I rolled the release. Since version numbers are cheap and
we've only just begun the testing cycle, I'll close this vote and will
soon roll a 2.4.45 release as replacement.
