{{ElasticsearchProducer.createClient()}} registers the configured {{user}} and {{password}} with {{AuthScope.ANY}}, so the credentials are not tied to any host.

Register them for the nodes the client talks to instead: the hosts in {{hostAddresses}} and, when {{enableSniffer}} is set, the nodes the sniffer discovers. Match scheme, host and port, in line with how camel-http and camel-graphql register credentials.

Every node of a multi-host cluster must keep receiving the credentials. Add tests for a multi-host configuration and for a host that is not one of the nodes. A client supplied through the {{client}} option is not affected.
