Phoenix - Loading via MapReduce

When running the Mapreduce command fromhttp://phoenix.apache.org/bulk_dataload.html, I am getting an Access denied exception.
Is there an environment variable or a cmdline option to specify a different folder for the \apps folder?


C:\apps\dist\phoenix-4.0.0.2.1.8.0-2176>hadoop jar phoenix-4.0.0.2.1.8.0-2176-client.jar org.apache.phoenix.mapreduce.CsvBulkLoadTool --table test2 --input /data/test2.csv
