IpV6 build on Windows

Hi,

After a long night of trying, I finally got APR/Subversion to build
with IpV6 on Windows. But I had to patch apr and Subversion to get
this done (to make sure that winsock2.h gets included *before*
windows.h).
So I'm wondering: it seems that this has never been done before, which
means it is not really tested (for Windows). Should I even enable IpV6
for TortoiseSVN?
(Maybe those attending the SubConf right now could ask the audience if
they would have use for it).

I've attached my patches for APR and SVN in case someone is interested.

Stefan
